Hello, I’m Leslie Tillem, a dedicated Travel Advisor and proud part of the Global Travel Collection (GTC) and Virtuoso member. My passion for travel and commitment to curating exceptional vacation experiences led me to establish Eltee Travel. With travel agency offices in New York City (Manhattan) and Boca Raton, Florida, I am forever on a never-ending journey: crafting unforgettable vacation travel experiences that exceed bucket list aspirations. Few things bring me greater joy than leveraging my extensive network and personal travel encounters to design bespoke, life-enhancing experiences for clients worldwide.
Travel has always been in my blood. From the times I spent in my parents’ travel agency, organizing cruise and vacation brochures while daydreaming of visiting those very destinations, I began to immerse myself in the intricacies of the travel industry. Those moments sparked a passion for exploration that has been the driving force of my career as an expert Travel Advisor and Planner. I am incredibly proud and fortunate to have cultivated a distinguished reputation within the travel industry, and among my many loyal clients worldwide. While often complex and challenging, travel is extraordinarily rewarding when executed with precision. By aligning a client’s desires with the expertise of a seasoned professional, I can bring any travel desire to life and make what were just dreams come true. It is this pursuit of excellence that fuels my dedication to my work.

Selected from among hundreds of talented GTC Advisors, I’m actually not one hundred percent sure why me, I currently co-star in an NBC-TV show called the Extra Mile Club that aired its pilot in May of 2023 with a segment from New York. Recent segments were filmed in Maui, Hawaii and more segments are planned to take place in London. Each broadcast features two Travel Advisors competing for the business of celebrities from other television shows including The Bachelor and Selling Sunset. Besides the amazing experience, the show provided an opportunity to show off how experienced travel planning conducted by expert travel advisors can produce anything one’s heart could desire—even the wants of celebrities who, more often than not, have no limits. Audiences get to see firsthand how plans come together and the extent to which Advisors both meet and exceed their clients’ expectations—while making it all look seamless.
